Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Awareness Program
Our NGO Organized a Program Beti Bachao Beti Padhao. organized in collaborating with popper show and Nukkad natak, the artist who participate in these programmes this programme is a campaign to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services intended for girls. It mainly targets the Davanagere, Karnataka. It aims to address the issue of the declining child sex ratio. In which awareness program was run at many places and made people aware.
Road Safety Program
Our organization has conducted many road safety training programs to control road accidents because now a day’s road accident happens due to ignorance of road safety rules that have been formed by our government. For this purpose, we organized several meetings and many people assembled and joined the meetings. During the training, we observed that this training was very successful in different parts of the city.
SC/OBC Awareness Program
Despite passing of so many years after the independence scheduled caste, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes & Other Backward Classes have yet been associated in the mainstream of the NGO’s understanding its responsibility the society has organized a number of programs targeted at the welfare of the SC/ST/OBC providing them technical and financial help in setting up their own business and pursuing higher studies.
Computer Training Program
Considering the growing importance of computer education and the employment opportunities available in the field of information technology society has started a computer-training center aimed at providing good computer education to nearby and poor youths. . There are a number of students attending the training imported at our institute.
Environment Awareness Program
Under the head of this activity, we have given conducted meetings and seminars on environmental activities. also, involve nearby township environments to share their ideas. We have gone to the colleges and high schools and conducted meetings to create awareness of the environment t at the end of the Program we have planted trees in roadside areas. We have distributed the plants of different types and the plantation was carried and made the Program successful.
Health Camp (Checkup&medicine Dist.)
Our organization also works in health care sector, especially in rural areas because in villages people don’t give importance to health issue and ignore it for a long time until it becomes big and serious after that create more trouble for them, so with the help of some health experts, we firstly spread awareness about being careful and take treatment in starting stage. With a regular minimum time gap we organize a health awareness camp where we provide free treatment and basic medicines to needy people. In health camp, doctors provide regular check-ups like – blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol, other things required according to the situation.
Women &Child Welfare &Awareness Program
One of the important activities of the NGO has been To increase public awareness of and encourage proactive Gender Based Violence against women and Child Abuse intervention through the Women Safety awareness programme, in Dist. Devanagari, Karnataka., This programme was organized by the NGO and very useful in the areas where women were not aware of their rights.
Environmental Awareness Program
The NGO organized various programs every year like tree plantation, and Environmental Day & We are also awarded the public for saving trees, on world environment day to discuss the impact of growing pollution on human health and the environment. The
eminent speakers discuss the tractors lending to an increase in all types of pollution including water air and sound pollution.
Children’s Day Awareness Program
Children’s Day is celebrated across India to increase awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. It is celebrated on 14 November every year on the birthday of the First Prime Minister of India. For the Children’s day celebrations the kids from this slum drew and painted pictures depicting the work of the NGO for children and girl child rights them an exhibition of these paintings was put on the squares of the slum areas to spread awareness among the people. The main aim of today’s program was to create awareness among the people. And it was great to see the slum children themselves working and piching in for it.
Cultural Program
Every Year Our Organization organized a culture program. In this program, different types of programs were organized. Many types of cultural programs are organized by our NGO, like the Celebration of the birth and death anniversary of our great freedom fighters and leaders, a celebration of15 Aug and 26 January every year. We want to Promote our Indian culture in our city And also in other districts of Devanagari, Karnataka.
Digital India Awareness Program
It is a campaign of the Government of India to ensure the Government’s services are made available to citizens electronically by improved online infrastructure and increasing internet connectivity or by making the country digitally empowered in the field of technology. We have promoted this campaign by educating the youth of rural areas regarding the use of computers and related internet services through our awareness programmes. We have also educated the people as to safety of their data and safe banking procedures guidelines issued by various regulating authorities from time to time.
Swaccha Bharat Mission Awareness Program
Also known as Clean India Mission, it is a campaign in India that aims to clean up the roads, streets and infrastructure of India’s cities, smaller towns and rural areas. The objective of this campaign is to eliminate open defecation through the construction of household and community owned toilets and establishing of accountable mechanism of monitoring toilet use. The mission aims to achieve an Open Defecation Free India. The NGO has done a considerable amount of work in order to educate the people of urban as well as rural areas of Karnataka in this regard through awareness programmes. Also, we have conducted sanitization in various areas of villages and slums in Karnataka.
